Not all items on the Getty website are under creative commons licensing; in fact many items are copyrighted, either by the original creator or the Getty itself. The Getty states in its terms of use statement that they have attempted to, as far as possible, correctly attribute items to their sources, and relay any relevant copyright information. While much of the website is proprietary or copyrighted, the Getty does have a large Open Content Program which allows users to access high-resolutions images from the Getty collection for free and without restriction (CC0 licensing).
